Terms of Service for Trestle Social

These Terms govern your use of Trestle Social, operated by Avalon Meridian LLC ("Trestle," "we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

Trestle Social helps you plan and coordinate events with your community. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Trestle Social, including one-time verification codes and event-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages, or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is optional, collected via an unchecked checkbox, and is not a condition of using the service or bundled with acceptance of these Terms.

Vendor Marketplace

Vendors listed on Trestle Social are independent businesses. Payments to vendors are processed through Stripe, and vendors are subject to Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and phone number used for login.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
